Doors open 60 minutes prior to each ceremony. Ceremonies last approximately 2 hours.
Parking
Free parking and shuttle are available on campus at 201 Water Street, Eau Claire. You may park in either the Water Street or HSS Parking Lots. The shuttle service will run from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., continuously between 澳门葡京网赌送彩金 and The Sonnentag and is a 3-minute ride from door to door on a school bus.
Tickets
Tickets are required for all guests, including infants and children. Graduates may register for up to eight tickets for their guests. Graduates will enter through a different door than guests and do not need a ticket for the ceremony, but must be wearing regalia.
Accessibility
Accessible seating at The Sonnentag is available on the first floor of the event center. Guests who cannot navigate stairs or bleachers may sit in an accessible seating location, which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. We ask that only individuals requiring accessible seating occupy this section. Guests who require wheelchair-accessible and companion seating (1 guest) must email commencement@hitchedhike.com to notify staff.
Personal chairs, stools, or seating equipment other than wheelchairs will not be permitted inside of the event center. Additional information about accessibility can be found on The Sonnentag website.
Photographers
Professional photographers from Grad Images will take photos of all graduates as they receive their diplomas. You can pre-register for photos for a 20% discount. Please exit the arena immediately following the ceremony so that we may reset for the next ceremony.
